    MAPBD studies all pending legislation that can either positively
    or negatively impact your rights as a responsible dog owner.

    Under the guidance of MAPBD's Director of Legislation, Dr. Al
    Stinson, MAPBD will regularly produce Position Papers to help
    inform the dog owning public of the actual issues at hand.

    We urge you to be informed and then contact your legislators.
